Our customers can return any product that doesn’t match what was ordered or if they ordered the wrong size so far it’s maintained in mint condition and it hasn’t been used. They will get the specified product or another product of their choice to match the price range of initial product
We do not offer refunds for custom orders, however it can be remade if specifications haven’t been met.
