Product availability is displayed on each product page. If a size or item is out of stock, it will be clearly indicated. In some cases, limited-edition items may not be restocked once sold out.

Order Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Certain items, such as customized or sale items, may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. In such cases, HeemWalker will cover the return shipping.

Yes, exchanges are allowed within the return window, subject to product availability. Once your returned item is received and approved, the replacement item will be processed and shipped to you.
